How to Order Kromer Studios Digital Imaging Services

Step One: Request a Quote

Use the Request a Quote form to detail the services your customer wants for their image, print quantities and sizes. You can order prints on this form before or after the digital imaging services are completed. You will also have a customized, password-protected page with your final images to download or order prints from at a later date.

Here are some tips for requesting your quote:

  • You can upload multiple images per request if one image is in multiple scans or you have images that need to be combined. If you have separate requests, fill out the form for each request.

  • Select your restoration, photo-to-art service, or print only services and complete the form questions to add your details.

  • Add any special instructions your customer provided at the end of the form.

  • Click Save and Continue Later or Submit Request.

Note: If you are providing your own scanning, please note that the image must be at least 300 dpi for optimal print quality. If you need scanning services, Kromer Studios can provide this service by mail for a small additional fee. Contact Chris Kromer by email with your scanning service request details.

Step Two: Approve your quote & Pay

You will receive your quote from Kromer Studios within one business day via Quickbooks estimate. If you chose to have 1 and 4 business day turn around, you will receive separate quotes for each. Please accept the quote you prefer and reject the other. You may immediately pay for your accepted quote. Kromer Studios will begin digital imaging services once payment is provided.

Step Three: Receive your customer’s image or prints

Please note that turn around time is for digital imaging services only. Prints ordered at the same time as digital imaging services will take 1-3 business days to ship after the image is complete. Kromer Studios will provide a digital download of your customer’s image and link to order prints at anytime on your customized, password-protected page.
